Coming off of their playoff clinching 10-1 win over LMU the Aztecs headed North for a pair of games in San Jose this past weekend. The Aztecs lead by Anthony Mata, Brandon Vara and Aaron Mayer swept the Spartans 6-3 Friday, followed by a 6-3 win Saturday. With the pair of wins the Aztecs also move up in the rankings from 17th to 10th.
The Aztecs next game will be home versus UCSD on Friday December 9th.
