10/22- San Diego State 3- Long Beach State 2 (OT)
The Aztecs bounced back from their first loss in conference to CSUN and came back from a 2-0 deficit late in the third period to beat the 49ers in overtime. Lead by Junior Hayden Bolls, the Aztecs rhymed off three unanswered goals including an overtime short handed goal by Bolls. The Aztecs got on the board mid way through the third with a power play goal by captain Vincent Dimaggio with an assist to Bolls. Freshman Jake Lauracella tied the game with 4 minutes left to go in the third on a beautiful back handed goal.
The Aztecs next home game is Friday the 28th when they host Arizona State University at the Joan Kroc center.
